Full-Service Butcher
One herd, one address, cut to order
Tubmill Creek Provisions runs a full-service butcher counter, open 8am to 6pm daily, selling beef raised on our own 850-acre Tubmill Creek Farms in New Florence, Pennsylvania. The cattle are Limousin-Angus, pasture-raised and grain-finished with no added growth hormones, and every carcass is dry-aged a minimum of 21 days before it is cut to order.

What makes this counter different
Most butcher cases are an assembly of whatever the distributor delivered. Ours starts with one herd the owners have been building since 2004, so the counter staff can tell you which farm, which breed and how long the beef aged.
- Single-source beef from our own herd
- Dry-aged a minimum of 21 days
- Steaks, roasts, ground beef and house sausage cut to order
- Locally sourced pork, lamb and chicken alongside our beef
Counter hours
Butcher counter: 8:00am – 6:00pm daily. Deli counter: 8:00am – 6:00pm daily. If you need butcher or deli service outside of those hours, just ask. The store itself opens at 6:00am every day for coffee, bakery and breakfast.
